We will propose different retreats organized in groups, on specific dates.

Soon we will open the registration for the winter holidays, end of December, beginning of January.

Currently they are held in Cairo, and include accommodation, meals made at home according to the energy diet, as part of the learning of the retreat; a day of meditation in the desert and daily activities of yoga, meditation and personal growth.

Group retreats allow you to share and see yourself reflected in the experience of the other.
