Description

In the Anatomy, Physiology, and Allopathic Perspective course, we provide you with the knowledge you need to develop as a therapist with a solid foundation.

The course includes:

  • 50 hours of anatomy study,
  • 50 hours of physiology,
  • 10 hours of first aid,
  • 5 hours of allopathic medical diagnostic principles,
  • and 5 hours of pharmacology.

The content is comprehensive and meets the necessary professional standards. At the same time, we’ve made the online program accessible to everyone.

The objective of this course is to understand the composition and functionality of the human body. To understand bones, muscles, and organs, as well as their different ways of interacting to generate all bodily processes and make life possible.

First aid will be useful in consultations, caring for patients, and in any unforeseen situation. Always prioritize the patient’s safety and health and use the established healthcare system whenever possible.

Understanding how diagnoses are made in conventional medicine and what they mean is essential for effective communication with patients.

Most patients will come to our office with a prior diagnosis, which we must properly interpret from the perspective of traditional energetic medicines, which use different worldviews, descriptions, and terminology.

Knowing the composition, use, and effects of medications is essential to understanding what’s really happening in the patient. Disease and treatment often have blurred lines. They also affect traditional diagnostic methods and can interact with natural remedies.

For all these reasons, we include the Anatomy, Physiology, and Allopathic Perspective course in our Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture course and is mandatory before beginning acupuncture practices.

If you’re enrolled in the TCM-acupuncture course, this course is free. You can also take it if you’re not enrolled but want to improve your knowledge in this field to complement your therapeutic training. Or simply if you want to learn more about how we work as a human beings.
