The coaching session is a tool that will allow you to advance in your life goals. We will accompany you to discover where you want to focus your energy, and how to do it. We will detect those points to improve and transform, and develop a detailed action planthat you can gradually implement and observe its results. You will also develop the ability to bettermanage your emotions and make them a support and not an impediment to your personal development.

We will use personal coaching or life coach, emotional coaching, nutritional coaching and spiritual coaching. Each person is a whole, therefore, we are going to work from a global vision. We are going to balance all aspects, focusing on the one that is of interest to you at this time. As everything is interrelated, it will not be a static process or limited to one part of you.

YOUR WILL AND ATTITUDE, ESSENTIAL IN THE COACHING SESSION

In the coaching session we will give you tools and accompany you. But, in the end, who makes the change, is you. Therefore, it is convenient that you approach this process with an open, self-critical and positive attitude. And above all with a willingness to apply what we work on in the coaching session.

You can choose your 45 or 90 minutepersonal coaching session, to work on issues individually, in addition to our different coaching packs.

We also offer couples sessions to improve your affective relationships.

And if your goal is to improve your work life, you are an entrepreneur or businessperson, we offer you different business and work coaching programs, in addition to individual sessions.

In addition, at Dunya we take into account your values and belief system, respecting what is important to you and accompanying you from your own vision of the world and life.
